A contract solution
If you have a networked IT system, it is important to get the best out of it. You should keep it maintained on a regular basis and have access to qualified engineers when required. A high quality, responsive preventative maintenance contract from people you can trust is critical if your business relies on computers; whose does not? Each contract is tailored to the client's individual requirements, very few needs are the same.
We have a range of support services to suit most budgets. For example:
Preventative maintenance
Monthly or quarterly visits which include a list of actions to check that:
- Security software is installed and being updated frequently and correctly - anti-virus, spam filtering software etc.
- Any spyware, malware, or other unnecessary software is removed to uphold privacy and prevent system slow-down
- Frequent software updates are correctly installed to deliver more security and better user experience
- Backup systems are operating correctly and periodically test backup restoration
- Routines are in place to monitor critical hardware for deterioration
Initially, we would visit your site(s) to see what's involved and to discuss all your requirements before putting together a tailored proposal. A minimum contract period of 12 months applies to this type of solution.

Non-contract options
For non-contract corporate clients and home users, we have the following services.

Bring your repairs to our Aylesbury town-centre workshop for:
- Fault diagnosis
- Server and workstation repair
- Complete check and service
- Standard, express and super express priority options
On-site engineering
Our engineers visit your office or home for:
- New installations
- Server/PC fault diagnosis and repair
- Disaster/Data recovery including backup setup / test
- IT System health check and report
Telephone technical support
For non-contract clients we have support hotlines to cover workstations, servers, networks, peripherals and security (charged by the hour with a purchase order). Personal computers can also be supported depending on circumstance.

Your IT Engineer
Basic support package
for only £50 per month
- Up to 1 hour of support by phone or email per quarter.
- A total of 1 hour on site support per quarter.
- One scheduled preventative maintenance visit per quarter.
- Additional hours charged at 75% of the published rate
Standard support package
for only £100 per month
- Up to 3 hours of support by phone or email per quarter.
- A total of 2 hours on site support per quarter.
- 1 scheduled preventative maintenance visit per quarter.
- Additional hours charged at 70% of the published rate.
Superior support package
for only £150 per month
- Unlimited support by phone or email.
- A total of 3 hours on site support per quarter.
- 1 scheduled preventative maintenance visit per quarter.
- Additional hours charged at 65% of the published rate.
Your IT Manager
Standard maintenance package for only £300 per month
- Quarterly Business Reviews with your Account Manager to discuss the performance of your system and our level of support. Agreeing any changes required to support your day to day activities and ensure acceptable levels of system availability.
- Agreeing the individual roles and responsibilities needed to maintain the security of your system and the division of responsibilities. Taking into account the capabilities of your own staff.
- Remote monitoring of your system and email 24/7.
- Routine preventative maintenance visits (as detailed above) by an engineer once a month to carry out system checks and review the system support log and any user queries.
- Liaison with 3rd party suppliers of hardware, software and services such as broadband/ internet services.
- Discounted rates on remote backup, spam filtering
- Agreed system training either by our own staff or third parties at published rates less 20%
Your IT Director
Superior maintenance package packages start at £400 per month.
- Working with your Directors to make recommendations about the development of your IT system over the medium and long term. One annual business review with one of our Directors.
- Quarterly Business Reviews as described above
- Agreeing individual roles and responsibilities as described above.
- Remote monitoring of your system and email 24/7.
- Routine preventative maintenance visits (as detailed above) by an engineer twice a month to carry out system checks and review the system support log and any user queries.
- Bespoke package to include the support capabilities needed by your operation including on site engineering, helpline, off site data storage, email management, spam filtering, website design and maintenance etc.
- Liaison with 3rd party suppliers of hardware, software and services such as broadband/ internet services.
- Agreed system training either by our own staff or third parties at published rates less 25%
