COVID-19 update

How we’re responding to the coronavirus pandemic

Here at Actopia we are committed to protecting the health and wellbeing of our employees, partners, and clients.  As the current COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak progresses and guidance from the UK government requires increased social distance, we are taking the necessary steps to adhere to these guidelines.

Accordingly, we will be suspending on-site preventative maintenance visits and will concentrate on supporting clients remotely.  Any existing preventative visits will be carried out via remote access to the relevant servers and workstations – this will not impact systems in any way at all, and once the outbreak subsides we will naturally resume on-site visits.

Our priority is to minimise our employees’ and clients’ exposure to the virus, and therefore we have implemented remote working as of Wednesday, 18th March 2020.  You will, of course, still be able to phone and email us as usual on the same contact details - there should be no interruption to the level of service from us to which you’ve become accustomed.

We are absolutely committed to supporting all our clients throughout this period of uncertainty, and we also recognise that access to IT and telephony support will be critical in the weeks ahead.  All of us here at Actopia will do our utmost to preserve business as usual for our valued clients.
